IPU Indraprastha University CET was conducted successfully on 19th May 2013 in different parts of Delhi for B.Tech selection and many students found the paper level to be easy. IPU paper is always easy in comparison to other competitive exams but this time they have made a paper of certain standard and now students are waiting for the results. After the results students can select different streams in different branches for engineering b.tech degree. In this paper for correct answer you will be credited +4 marks but for negative marks you will get -1 so wild guessing can prove to be harmful. If you attempt at least 100 questions and out of that 80 questions are correct then also you will score 300 marks and you can get rank 3,000 to 4,000 and a good IP University like MAIT, IGIT, etc. IPU also provides mba programs but we are concentrating on b.tech engineering programs.

If you are planning to opt computer science then you have to score even more marks and have to achieve at least 2,000 to 3,000 rank. So, all this will depend upon cutoff rank/marks of IPU CET 2013. Now the most important comes and that is the answer key but IPU CET staff doesn't allows the student to take the question papers. Answer key will be uploaded to the official website of IPU only. Results will also going to be declare at official website only. After knowing the cutoff rank some students might be confuse that which engineering to choose and specially among Mechanical and Computer Science engineering and ECE so you need to decide that also.
Result will be out in mid June or at most the first week of July 2013 so you have to wait for your result till that period of time. IP University placements are good so if you will be selected then it will be good chance for you. Paper level of IPU was easy in comparison to the paper level of BITSAT 2013. So, you can hope for good marks and also for good rank in IPU CET exam. Its a golden opportunity for Delhi students as there is 80% reservation for Delhi students and for those outside the Delhi have to score good marks for good university.

ReplyDeleteVery bleak chances of getting admission in any of the IP University but you should attend counselling if you have been called up for that. May be you will get any branch in good university. So, try your luck.

ReplyDeleteIf the college is strict then it is good for your career because strict institutions are always proved to be good. MBA package are fine but not much good and we can't provide you the actual statistics of the placement data.
