How to update Nokia mobile software/operating system from 8.63 to 8.71(2013)

In some area/region Nokia is not providing its latest software update.When you try to update it through your mobile then it shows->"No new software available".Update your Nokia software online form 8.63 to the latest version 8.71.You need to download Nokia Software Updater and a USB cable to connect it with your mobile and then software will automatically identifies your mobile and then it will provide that which software is available.
