SRM Institute of Science and Technology or SRM University is one of the finest engineering college in our country has opened the application forms which are available online. Application forms are open from 15th December 2013 to 10th March 2014. 15th march will be the last date for receiving the application form. So, it is better to fill up the form as soon as possible. Admission forms are available for college of engineering B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Des, M.Tech, M.Arch, engineering college, Ph.D, Science and Humanities, Medicine and Health Sciences, Management BBA, MBA, Ph.D, etc.

For SRM University admission there will be two modes of examination one is paper-pencil mode which is on 27th April 2014 and another one is Computer-based Exam form 17th April to 22nd April 2014. For B.Tech and Health Science Under Graduate courses both modes are available but for the rest of them only computer based mode is available. There will be 98 centers for Paper Pencil mode exam and 40 centers for computer based exam. If we talk about placements then they have achieved a record placement of 3521 and 2562 students rom 2014 batch is already placed. There are 1320 international students studying in SRM from 48 countries. 1253 students were awarded the scholarships of rupees 16 crore.
Now there are two methods to apply online in which you have to pay Rs 900/- using your credit and debit card. You can fill the application online and take the print out and then send it along with a DD of Rs 900/-. Another way is that you can buy application form from lead branches of Axis Bank, City Union Bank, Indian Bank, Karur Vysya bank, Post offices and University Campuses. For B.Tech a minimum of 70% marks required in PCM and for medical minimum of 70% in PC(M/B).
